Per the April 30, 2008 Agreement made between Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal and the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), a hearing before a Review Panel was held to hear testimony presenting positions for and against revision of the

The Clinical Assessment, Treatment, and Prevention of Lyme Disease,
Human Granulocytic Anaplasmosis, and Babesiosis:
Clinical Practice Guidelines by the
Infectious Diseases Society of America
Published in 2006

The Review Panel members listened to the presentations at the Hearing and are in the process of reviewing all submissions provided to them before voting on whether the Guidelines above should remain the same, be revised in entirety, or certain portions thereof be revised.

The Review Panel Hearing was held on July 30, 2009
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the

Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center
Hemisphere A Room
1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC  20004

The Hearing was NOT open to the public.
However, the Hearing was WEBCAST LIVE at www.idsociety.org.

According to the legal Agreement, the webcast of the hearing needs to be available to the public for viewing at www.idsociety.org for at least one year.  However, the IDSA, who apparently views itself and its members as being able to act outside of the law, has decided to do the following:

(as posted on their website at www.idsociety.org/Content.aspx?id=15026)

"The archive of the webcast is now available for viewing.  IDSA intends to keep the video up for one year from the hearing date.  However, we reserve the right to remove it if we learn of any misuse or if there is no longer interest as evidenced by reports on hits on those pages."

What we have here is an organization that is partially funded and fully supported by the CDC and its Division of Vector-Borne Infectious Diseases, that acts like the OUTLAWS of the WILD WEST.  The IDSA has little regard for the legal Agreement they signed, and due to the fact that the CDC has continually supported the IDSA despite the egregious findings of the CT AG, the CDC is complicit through association!!!!

The IDSA is promoting OUTLAW MEDICINE through its LYME DISEASE OUTLAW MEDICAL CARTEL.  We need a really tough sheriff to run these dangerous, lawless outlaws out of town.
