Following are a series of letters between Dr. Joseph Jemsek and seven other infectious disease physicians and the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), in which Dr. Jemsek and his colleagues raised concerns about the process used by the IDSA in the formulation of their 2006 Practice Guidelines for Lyme Disease.  This series of letters was provided to the IDSA Lyme Disease Review Panel members prior to the Review Panel Hearing held on July 30, 2009.
